The custom CRM work we turn down

We do not build CRM systems for businesses that have not yet agreed who owns the customer relationship internally, because the software would only mirror that confusion.
We decline projects where the whole system must be delivered in under four weeks, as a custom build needs time for discovery, review and testing.
We take on custom CRM work only on Microsoft and open web stacks, so we do not build on Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho platforms.
We do not take on one-off report building or small fixes inside a CRM that someone else originally built, however tempting the short job looks.

Build in short cycles

We work in two-week cycles and show you something working at the end of each one, so you can correct the direction early rather than at the final demo.
